1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to mibox8, Malaysia's trusted online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mibox8 ("Platform").

Should you fail to provide the required documents within the specified period, your account may be suspended pending verification. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all users before their first withdrawal is processed.

3 Registration & Account Management

When registering a mibox8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is a terms violation that may result in permanent account closure.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Mibox8 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other channel.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. mibox8 will notify you via your registered email before any charges are applied.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.

5 Fund Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your mibox8 account.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Mibox8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Any attempt to circumvent rollover requirements will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• The welcome bonus is only available to new users making their first deposit.
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x the total bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Mibox8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms stated in this document.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactive beyond the specified period.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided no terms have been violated.

10 Limitation of Liability

Mibox8 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Unfavourable betting outcomes resulting from fair gameplay.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password secure.

Mibox8's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
